h777 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

By accessing, registering with or using h777 in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. Your acceptance is recorded at the moment you tick the agreement box during registration and is legally effective from that point forward.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on h777 – including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

If you are using h777 on behalf of another person, you must have their authority to bind them to these Terms, and by proceeding you confirm that you have such authority. h777 is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the platform by third parties accessing your account.

To register and use h777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h777 strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering in your own name.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani phone number and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on h777. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent or family member of an h777 employee involved in the operation of the platform.
• You must confirm that you are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a professional income source or on behalf of any third party.

h777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at our absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Accepting an application does not waive our right to conduct verification checks at a later date.

Your h777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account.

All bets, deposits, withdrawals and transactions placed through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised them. If you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact h777 support immediately via live chat or email at support@h777.wine.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. h777 recommends a combination of letters, numbers and symbols of at least 12 characters.
• Do not save your h777 password on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account when using a shared browser or mobile device.
• Never disclose your password to h777 staff – our support team will never ask for your full password.

h777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on h777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion is applied. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. h777 does not charge a deposit fee on standard payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your h777 balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the respective payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard).
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will trigger a security review.
• h777 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on specific accounts for security or compliance reasons.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit or to a verified account in your name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes. VIP account withdrawals are processed within 8 minutes. These targets apply during normal operating hours and may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods or bank maintenance windows.
• h777 may request verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and compliance procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• h777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, rule violations or unresolved verification requirements.

All bets placed on h777 – whether on sports events, live casino games, virtual sports, crash games or baccarat – are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the h777 system and a confirmation message or bet reference number has been issued. Bets not yet confirmed cannot be assumed to be active.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where an h777 cash-out option is explicitly made available for that specific market.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed on the betting interface before placement. The general minimum is Rs 100 for most sports and casino markets.
• Maximum bet amounts are displayed on each market. h777 reserves the right to impose lower limits on specific markets, accounts or events at our discretion.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake resulting in an obviously incorrect odds display, h777 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet and refund the stake. "Manifest error" means an obvious mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• For live in-play betting, the h777 system may temporarily suspend markets or reject bets during significant events in a match (e.g. a goal being scored in football or a wicket falling in cricket). Bets submitted during a suspension may be rejected.
• Settlement of bets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body or, for casino and virtual games, the result generated by the certified game system. h777's decision on settlement is final in all cases.

Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available in the h777 Help section. In cases of conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

h777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion. Typical requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Unless stated otherwise, only bets placed after the bonus has been credited count toward the wagering requirement.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on h777 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage (typically 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds and any wagering progress are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your h777 account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active is not permitted and may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: h777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising loss risk, and collusion between players to exploit promotion terms. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be suspended.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed retroactively and is only available to accounts that have not previously held an h777 account under any other name, email or phone number.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on h777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on h777, whether under your own name or using false information.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using h777 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or systematically exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the h777 platform without prior written permission.
• Accessing or attempting to access h777 systems, databases or software code in any unauthorised manner.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing h777 staff or other players through any channel.
• Allowing or encouraging a minor (person under 18) to access your account or the h777 platform.

h777 takes all reported violations seriously. Reports of prohibited conduct can be submitted to support@h777.wine. We investigate all credible reports and take action proportionate to the severity of the violation.

h777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools that players can use at any time to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session length. h777 will provide a warning when you approach your limit and will end the session if the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders that display your session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals during your play.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from h777 of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Your account balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from h777 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the exclusion period. Contact support@h777.wine to activate self-exclusion immediately.

• h777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services and regulatory bodies where legally required or necessary for platform operation.

• Retention of data follows applicable legal requirements and our internal data retention policy, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

h777 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party service disruptions and other technical factors may temporarily affect access to the platform or specific features.

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, crash game round or other real-money gaming activity:

• h777 will make every reasonable effort to settle affected bets fairly based on available game state data at the time of the failure.
• Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, the affected bet stake will be refunded to the player's PKR balance.
• h777 is not liable for any consequential losses, missed opportunities or frustration resulting from platform unavailability.

h777 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by internet connection issues, device failures or software incompatibilities on the player's side that affect their ability to use the platform or manage active bets.

All content on the h777 platform – including but not limited to the h777 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, audio, video and data – is the intellectual property of h777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the h777 platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any h777 content without prior written permission.
• Use any h777 branding, trademarks or logos in any context outside the platform without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any h777 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on h777 content or software.

Closure by Player: You may close your h777 account at any time by submitting a request to support@h777.wine. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements.

Closure by h777: h777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false information at registration or during verification.
• Operating duplicate accounts.
• Behaviour that is abusive toward h777 staff or other players.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, h777 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account as compensation for losses incurred by the violation. Where no breach has occurred, all real-money balances will be returned subject to standard verification checks.

h777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations – h777 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or via an on-screen notice when they next log in.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications or administrative updates) may be made without specific notification beyond updating the version date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using h777 and close your account by contacting support@h777.wine. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of h777 are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of h777 should first be submitted to our customer support team at support@h777.wine, who will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to h777's formal complaints process. Details of this process are available on request from support@h777.wine. h777's decision on the interpretation of these Terms and settlement of bets is final in all cases.

h777 makes no warranty that the platform and its services are appropriate or legal in all locations. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of h777 complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
